- Slide the ANCOREX onto the plate mount interface of your chosen mount from top to bottom.
- The bottom of the ANCOREX should match up with the top of the plate mount interface
- Once you hear a clicking lock sound you are ready to begin training
- To remove, grab the ring that is located on top on the unit in the back and lift up
