You've connected your Data Plate - now you're ready to start training! The setup is incredibly simple.
Step 1: Attach Your Data Plate (if not already attached)
Simply twist your Data Plate onto your ANCORE or ANCORE Pro, just like any of our resistance plates. It locks securely into place.
Step 2: Select Your Exercise
Open the FLEX app and choose the movement you're about to perform from the exercise list.
Step 3: Start Training
Tap "Begin" and you're ready to go!
That's it! Just attach, select, and start gathering data. The Data Plate works seamlessly with your ANCORE system to track your performance automatically.
