What to Do If the App CrashesUpdated a month ago
If the FLEX app crashes while using your Data Plate:
Quick Fix
- Close the app completely and restart it
- Check your WiFi connection - make sure you're connected to the internet
- Try your workout again
If the Problem Continues
- Delete the FLEX app from your phone
- Reinstall it from the App Store or Play Store
- Log back into your account
Don't Worry About Your Data
As long as you had an internet connection during your session, all your training data is safely saved to your account and will be there when you log back in.
